This traditional pea soup is the ultimate in French Canadian style comfort food! Look for an un-smoked ham hock in the meat department of your local supermarket. If you can't find one, a smoked ham hock will work too. Trim off and discard skin from ham hock.
Remember: Add Soup Base to Taste!
Bring 8 cups of cold water to a boil and add ham hock. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat is falling off bone 30-40 minutes.

Our creamy Dill Pickle Soup ~ where pickles are the stars of the show! Highly unusual but also highly delicious and completely unforgettable. And, we might say addictive.
Simply add 8 cups of cold water to your soup pot. Add contents of the bag and stir soup base in. Bring soup to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and stir frequently for 30 minutes. Our tortilla soup or sopa de tortilla is a Mexican traditional soup made of fried corn tortilla pieces, submerged into a broth of tomato, garlic, onion, and chile de árbol!
Remember: Add Soup Base to Taste!
We’ve pre-soaked & dehydrated the beans for a quick meal! Our soup is delicious, cook away!
Dice up a large onion, add a generous helping of butter and saute until soft. You can add 2-3 cups of fresh hamburger and the thinly sliced pork and cook until well done. With out removing from heat, add 8 cups of boiling water (or 8 cups beef broth) and all the contents of this bag into pot!
For milder soup, remove chili peppers and add brown sugar. Bring contents to a boil, add 28 oz diced or plum tomatoes, turn down and simmer for up to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, on a rimmed baking sheet, toss tortilla strips with 2 teaspoons oil. Bake at 400 until crisp and golden, about 8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Divide tortilla chips between bowls and ladle soup over; top with cheese, avocado, more tortilla chips, sour cream and fresh cilantro! Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Mulligatawny is an English soup with origins from East Indian cuisine, and it’s deeply satisfying, comforting and delicious!
The name originates from the Tamil words miḷagāy or miḷagu, and taṇṇi. While it has seemingly limitless versions, ours focuses on the delicious yet aromatic flavours of mellow yellow curry and coriander!
If you’re in a rush, add this tube of soup to 8 cups boiling water, stir frequently. Keep at medium/high simmer for 30 minutes. To finish add almond or coconut milk, or heavy cream to taste. Salt and pepper to your liking.
If you have time... the kinds of vegetables you use aren’t terribly important ~ in fact you can add any vegetable puree to the soup at the 20 minute mark - canned from your grocery store or fresh from the market!
Puree the soup in a blender, or not. Remove bay leaf if you do! Stir in almond, coconut or heavy cream ~ this takes it too beyond marvelous ~ we like our soups thick and creamy so they’re perfect for dipping crusty bread in.

Either way, toss the ingredients of this bag into 8 cups cold water and bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently, until potatoes and corn are tender, giving you time to garnish.

Russian Borscht… everyone loves it. This tube is #readyin30minutes!
Peel 2-3 small beets! Chop your beet root into cubes or grate it into small pieces.
Remember: Add Soup Base to Taste!

Bring 8 cups of water to a boil and add your gourmet soup base to taste.

If you're in a rush, simply add the tub of soup to 8 cups boiling water. Bring soup back to a boil, then turn down and simmer for up to 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Al likes to add a couple cans of coconut milk at the 30 minute mark.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with toast or baguettes!
If you have time, prepare your chicken how you like it. We like chicken breasts, but drumlets soaking in this tasty soup would take this over the top! As always, add the soup to 8 cups boiling water. Bring back to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Add your chicken at the 15 minute mark, you may have to increase the temperture to keep your simmer.
At 30 minutes add your choice coconut milk and squeeze 1/2 a fresh cut lime - into your soup.
Before you begin, soak frozen prawns (or any seafood) in a deep bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. And if you’re not a fan of shrimp, you can easily swap that out for chicken, pork or even tofu for a vegetarian option.
For milder soup, immediately remove chili peppers. To the pot of aromatics, add as much red curry paste as you’d like, depending on how spicy you’d like the dish to be. Bring Thai soup to a boil, turn down and simmer for up to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Drain prawns, add to soup; cook until no longer translucent about 5 minutes. At the end, add 1/4 can coconut milk, and squeeze 1/2 a fresh cut lime - into your soup.
Ladle soup into bowls, with shrimp, fresh cilantro and coriander leaves or lemon grass sprigs. Add lime wedges to the side of each bowl!Season with salt and pepper to taste.

If you don't have leftover beef, substitute with 1-2 cups of extra-lean ground beef from your local market. Pan fry beef leftovers or hamburger with butter until cooked throughly; you can add a couple coarsely chopped celery stalks, 1 minced garlic clove, and fine diced onions while cooking. Cook until the onion is translucent and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

If you're in a rush, simply add the tub of soup to 8 cups boiling water. Bring soup back to a boil, then turn down and simmer for up to 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Al likes to add a couple cans of coconut milk at the 30 minute mark.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with toast or baguettes!
If you have time, prepare your chicken how you like it. We like chicken breasts, but drumlets soaking in this tasty soup would take this over the top! As always, add the soup to 8 cups boiling water. Bring back to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Add your chicken at the 15 minute mark, you may have to increase the temperture to keep your simmer.
At 30 minutes add your choice coconut milk and squeeze 1/2 a fresh cut lime - into your soup.
Ladle soup into bowls, with chicken pieces, fresh cilantro and coriander leaves or lemon grass sprigs. Add lime wedges to the side of each bowl!Season with salt and pepper to taste.
