Chocolate Chip - Protein Pancakes
Gluten-Free, Vegan & Dairy Free!
If you’re in a rush, simply add 1 cup mix to 1 cup milk or (coconut milk, almond milk, lactose free milk). Mix, if too thick add more milk. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
If you have time, microwave frozen berries, heated with a little sugar to make a sauce. Whipped cream dolloped on top! Smother with our orchard syrup!
